This website is operated by Darmac LLC, a Florida limited liability company, under the brand Darmac Store (“we”, “us”). You can contact us about privacy at contact@darmacstore.com.
Status of this policy
This policy was prepared before the website’s publication. It describes the services we have selected to run the website once it is online (Cloudflare Workers for hosting) and the email setup in use today (IONOS, with forwarding to a Google Gmail account). It is a draft pending review by a U.S. attorney, and we will update it if any of these services or their configuration change.
Summary
This website has no forms, user accounts or checkout. Our website sets no cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media widgets or other tracking tools. However, visiting any website involves some processing of technical data: our hosting provider processes connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site. If you email us, we receive the information you send. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising purposes.
Information you give us
We do not ask you to enter personal information on this website. Search, filters and the language selector work entirely in your browser; what you type is not sent to us.
If you write to contact@darmacstore.com or support@darmacstore.com, we receive your email address, any name or other information you include, the content of your message and any attachments, together with the technical information that email messages normally carry (such as their headers).
Technical data when you visit
When your browser requests a page, it automatically sends technical connection data to the servers that deliver it, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and, in some cases, the page you came from. This happens on any website and is necessary to send you the page and to protect the service.
Our website’s own code does not store this information, does not combine it with other data and does not use it to identify you. Our website does not store anything on your device (no cookies and no local storage).
Hosting: Cloudflare Workers
The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Workers, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., which serves the site through its global network. To deliver the website and keep it secure, Cloudflare processes the technical connection data described above, including your IP address, and may keep it in logs under its own terms and its Cloudflare privacy policy (opens an external website). Because this network operates worldwide, this data may be processed in countries other than your own.
We have not enabled Cloudflare analytics or advertising features. After publication we will check that no cookies are set when you visit, and we will update this policy if that is not the case.
Email: IONOS and Google (Gmail)
Our @darmacstore.com addresses are provided by IONOS, which receives every email sent to them, under its own terms and its IONOS privacy policy (opens an external website).
Emails sent to contact@darmacstore.com or support@darmacstore.com are stored in IONOS mailboxes, and IONOS also forwards a copy of each one to an email account at Google (Gmail) that we use to read and manage them. As a result, Google also receives and stores these emails, under its own terms and its Google privacy policy (opens an external website). Our replies are sent from our IONOS mailboxes.
We use your emails only to reply to you. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your inquiry; a specific retention period will be defined before online sales begin.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from your emails, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@darmacstore.com. We will delete it from the mailboxes and accounts we use (IONOS and Gmail). For technical data processed by our hosting or email providers, you can also consult their privacy policies linked above.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before enabling online purchasing or any feature that collects personal information, and whenever we change the services described here. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
